Can I give my cat phenobarbital left out of fridge for 12 hours?

I left my cat's compounded phenobarbital solution in the cabinet for 12 hours instead of the fridge. Can I still give it to her? Would it be better to give her older medication from the bottom of other bottles? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 years and 3 months old | 10 lbs

12 hours isn't too long as long as long as it wasn't heated. I would still give it to her or at least give her a dose from one of the bottles and then call the compounding pharmacy tomorrow to make sure it is okay to continue using.
