My cat is vomiting, has bloody urine, and drinks a lot. Emergency?

My cat throw up and she made urine with blood apart from this she is very calm and is drinking a lot of water. I don't know what can I gave her to feel better or to calm the pain and I can't go to the vet because we are in quarantine. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 4.4 lbs
