My dog threw up three times today. She threw up some dog food along with grass. Her stomach is making some gurgling noises. Should I withhold food? Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Shepherd | Female | spayed | 55 lbs

You could try withholding food for about 6-8 hours as long as Julie is otherwise healthy and doesn't have any other symptoms. You could then try offering a a small amount of a bland diet like a mixture of 25% plain, boiled boneless chicken breast and 75% plain cooked white rice (as long as Julie doesn't have any food sensitivities). If she continues to vomit you should contact your vet.
