A dry nose isn't necessarily a sign that you should be concerned, but the fact that Zuzia is lethargic and not eating is concerning. It's possible that the rat poop upset her stomach, or that she has another disease like pancreatitis or an intestinal obstruction. You could try offering a bland diet if she doesn't have any food sensitivities - mix plain, boiled, boneless chicken with plain white rice. If she still does not eat or if you notice any vomiting or diarrhea I'd recommend contacting your vet.
