13 yr old Bassett named tucker is in pain breathing. Just Friday he stopped wanting food and has trouble staying on his feet. He seems to have no strength at all in his back legs. Pet's info: Dog | Basset Hound | Male | neutered | 13 years and 10 months old | 49 lbs
