Why is my kitten not eating, drooling, and has a swollen face?

My cat is four months old grey tabby cat. Since two days ago, he has stopped eating or drinking. He seems hard to swallow food or water, but I only give him soft food and kitten milk. As you can see the picture, the left side whisker is swollen. When I check his teeth, they seem fine but drools a lot and tongue sticking out. He sleeps all day and barely moves around. He stopped grooming, shedding a lot. He is having a lot of eye boogers and a runny nose. Also, his eye colour changed.

Hello, it looks like an abscess, probably a tooth abscess, it's an emergency as he is not eating, take him to the emergency vet as soon as you can today, the abscess will need to be drained under anesthesia first, then a course of antibiotics will be given.
