My dog is a 5 year old HEALTHY German Shepherd. She is coughing trying to get something up, a little shortness of breath , her eye is very red And irritated that is making her scratch at ir. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 2 months old

It could just be allergies, but that doesn't usually cause shortness of breath. Try to keep her calm and reduce activity. Keep the room cool and use a fan. If she still seems short of breath, she needs to be checked out by a vet ASAP.
