Hello. The most concerning symptom here is the pale tongue. This could indicate anemia, a potentially life threatening condition. Vomiting & diarrhea are also symptoms of many things, so along with the anemia, you really need to have Coco evaluated by a veterinarian. I know this might be challenging in these times, but please try to find a clinic that is still open, or at least will talk to you by telephone or skype.
