Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | neutered | 3 years and 1 month old | 13.23 lbs
But he doesn't urinate all day long. Won't it affect his kidneys?

If you want him to urinate more often, you need to get him to drink more water or eat canned cat food. What goes in must come out. Animals won't hold it longer than they need to unless they can't urinate at all. If he can urinate, he will do it as often as his body needs to.
