My cats always been a drooler when she's happy, but lately it's more thicker? Creates a sting of drool from her mouth when its normally just drops, is theres no need for concern?

I think this could indicate a problem. A thicker drool could be related to dental disease or an infection in the salivary gland. If it continues beyond 2 days, I recommend to call your vet to have Pixie examined. I hope this helps.
