My cat has blackheads under her chin. Is it cat acne or mites?

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 6 days old | 7 lbs

My cat is almost 7 months now She has blackheads under the chain In the neck area and I believe it’s removable I bought medical shampoo because maybe it’s mites. And also month ago she had big mates in the exact same area and I took here to the vet to take them off

I don't think it is skin mites. Blackhead (chin acne) is pretty common in cats and can be treated with daily Chlorhexidine solution OR you can use a topical human topical benzoyl peroxide gel 5%. Trimming away any long hairs is helpful as well.
