Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 55 lbs
I have a one year old golden retriever. Recently he had a severe stomach infection for which he was given antibiotic and paracetamol shots for a few days. Almost one month after this episode, i am noticing lumps at the injection sites. Almost 3-4 big lumps. I am very much worried . What should i do? What has caused these lumps? Is there some home remedy or homeopathic treatment or any oral medication for the same? (Can't visit the vet amidst covid-19 lockdown)

It could be a localized reaction to the injections. If they are not bothering him I would just leave them alone for now. Just monitor them closely and if they continue to enlarge, burst open or start to bother him then you need to call your vet.
