my parrot is not behaving well he is breathing but not opening his eyes and also not moving. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Female | 1 month and 30 days old

This sounds like Lemon is pretty ill. Unfortunately, he will need to be seen by a veterinarian in person right away as these are general symptoms and don't point to any one illness in particular. Until you can get to the vet, moving him to a hospital cage that is kept warm and with perches removed, and easy access to food and water may help.
