My dog is shaking, losing balance, and confused. Is it seizures?

Idk what's going on, are they seizures, tremors, convulsions but all I have is videos, I'm gonna screenshot images from the video. The pictures I uploaded are just one "attack" in this one he can't move once he's agjnsy that door, for a good 30 seconds, then after his balance is off almost like a drunk State. Some of the other attacks he has are tremors I think, and the. Something where it's like his jaw is locked open, but he's whining for help, no balance, confusion. It sounds like Turbo might be having seizures. I would recommend seeing an emergency veterinarian since this has happened several times. Some toxins might also cause similar signs, and low blood sugar or liver disease could as well.
