Is my dog's gash from a fight infected after 3 days of waiting?

My dog got a nasty gash after a dog fight. I am taking her to the vet tomorrow so it will be 3 days since she got the gash. Should I be worry that there is already an infection, but I put ointment on her wound but she kept taking off her bandage. So should I be worried about an infection? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 8 months old

The wound looks pretty upset and there is discharge that would make me concerned about an infection. Coco needs to wear a cone to prevent her from licking. I would not bandage the wound at home but you can flush it with some warm water and dry it well with a clean paper towel until her appointment tomorrow.
