Pet's info: Dog | Cavachon | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 25 days old | 10 lbs
My puppy of ten months has always had spots on his groin region, recently, we have noticed more spots and they seem to be growing bigger. They are not raised, and he hasn’t shown any signs of discomfort, although he does lick that area. Today we noticed spots closer to where his testicicles once were. What is the cause of this? Is there a reason to be worried?

I'm seeing some dark, irregular patches on his skin that look like normal pigment to me. Sometimes dogs with patches of pigmented skin will develop more pigment as they age. If this is not what you're referring to repost your question and circle the area of concern.
