It can be difficult to determine why one puppy in a litter is stillborn - there may have been difficulty with labor or a genetic disorder. If Pinky seemed to have difficulty giving birth to this puppy it would be a good idea to take her to the vet to make sure she isn't having a dystocia, or difficult labor. If there is more than one stillborn puppy or you have concerned about the other puppy I'd recommend having your vet examine Pinky and her entire litter.
