My diabetic pet consumed a big portion of chocolate cake. He threw it up within an hour. It was five different puddles of thrown up cake. It’s been 12 hours since and he has slight trembles and pacing back and forth. He seems thirsty but won’t drink. What should I do next ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 22 lbs
