Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | 2 months and 6 days old

My dog buddy is a black coloured pom. He is suffering for something i am unable to figure out. He is around 2 months old puppy. He is having loads of vomits and bad excretion. He is refusing anything to eat and is lying motionless. He was very active and always answered my call. By now only looks up and then again lies down. I took him to a vet but no progress from past 3 days. The vet gave a bottle of glucose to give him time to time by a pipe attached to a syringe like structure in his hand pls

This is very serious and Buddy needs some lab work to determine what could be going. I would recommend testing for parvo virus and intestinal parasites, and a CBC and blood chemistry to see what changes have occurred internally. Glucose supplements only help prevent hypoglycemia, they do not treat the cause of the illness.
