Why is my cat limping, sneezing, and in pain with a leg wound?

We noticed about 5 days ago that my cat was limping and it looked like she had a little puncture in her leg and ever since she has been sneezing and has runny eyes. She is a part outdoor cat and part indoor so I’m not sure if the puncture is from another animal. She has also been moaning like she is in pain. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

Most likely the puncture is from a fight with another cat. It is probably not directly related to sneezing/runny eyes. It sounds like she also has an upper respiratory infection (URI). She may have caught it from another cat. I suggest you take her to the vet for an appointment. It is not an emergency but I would consider it urgent especially if she is moaning in pain.
