My dog is unconscious and barely breathing. Is it an emergency?

My dog become unconscious,his head lowers down,he didn't respond, he is breathing very slowly till now.Doctor did i get him back? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 3 lbs

I am so sorry that your pet is so ill. It is impossible to know if the state of your pets condition without a physical examination here so please get Davy to your vet right away. Your pet has to breathe and have a heartbeat in order to be considered to be alive. I do hope that Davy is going to be ok moving forward. Best of luck and take care.
