My cat jumped, now limping and won't put weight on his front leg.

Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Male | neutered | 13 years old | 17 lbs

My cat jumped off a ledge by our shower. About 3 feet. And is now limping, left front leg. He has the ability to move the leg, but does not put pressure on it when standing or walking.

Moose is limping because he is in pain. He sounds pretty painful if he won't put any pressure on the leg when standing or walking. Unfortunately there are no OTC pain medications you can give him. Many human ones are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. I think it would be best to rest him tonight. No running, jumping, or playing. Then take him into the vet first thing in the morning. I hope this helps!
