My dog can't stand, has back pain & stiffness. Is it tick paralysis?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

Hello, this dog has sevete tick infestation and worm infestation and diarrhea and he was subnormal temperature I've treated all of that but there's a problem that he can't stand , Never , he urinate and defecate in his place, he feels sever pain when i touch his back But there's no history of trauma or any thing like that He has little stiffness in his back also Normal blood work

Poor guy. : ( It sounds like he may have a severe reaction to the ticks or any number of underlying problems such as tick paralysis. He needs to go to a vet pronto for some much needed antibiotics to hopefully help stabilize his condition. I would recommend consulting with your vet for antibiotics (i.e. Doxycycline) and pain medication (i.e. Gabapentin) to help poor Max. I do hope that Max is able to fully recover from this illness soon! Best of luck moving forward. Take care.
