My dog has a hard, brownish spot on her neck after grooming. What is it?

I got my dog groomed on Tuesday and didn’t realize but she has an irritated spot on her neck. I’m not sure if it’s from her scratching or her getting groomed. The irritated spot is hard like a scab and a brownish. I’m not sure what it is or if I should do anything about it? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 4 years and 1 month old | 13 lbs

It does look like a small scab. I would just leave it alone and watch Sophie for a few days. If she seems to be itching it or bothered by it, or if it bleeds or exudes a sticky discharge, then she needs to be checked by a vet.
