Vocalizing can mean anything from I'm hungry, I want attention, I am in pain, I want to play. If she able to walk? is she eating and drinking? has she had any vomiting and/or diarrhea, etc? Is her breathing normal? Without more info, I'm afraid we can't speculate on the cause.
