This appeared on the top of my puppy’s head. Not a full circle. Does have hair loss at the spot. What is it? How can I help her? Pet's info: Dog | Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 12 days old | 4 lbs

This looks like it could be the start of ringworm although many different things can cause hair loss. I suggest you take her to your vet for an exam when you can.
