Why is my German Shepherd's skin infection not clearing up?

Hi good afternoon. We are hoping to to get some help and answers about our dog. His name is Monsieur and he is 6 years old. He is a German shepherd. He has a bad skin infection. We've been going back to the Vet for a couple of times but his skin infection is still the same. At first they said it was allergies. Monsieur is allergic to a couple of things. Then he was prescribed antibiotics. We've finished the whole course of antibiotics but its still the same and we think its getting worse. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 125 lbs

This looks very bad. If this is not clearing up with antibiotics it is probably something more serious like an autoimmune disease or something called German Shepherd pyoderma.
