I really cannot tell what is going on in the photo. You can try using this spray on her 3-4 times per day. If after treating her for about a week and there is no to minimal improvement then she should see a vet. https://www.allivet.com/p-2842-vetericyn-vf-plus-wound-skin-care-hydrogel-spray.aspx

PeeWee needs to be examined by the veterinarian. Lesions like this are most often related to skin mites, ringworm (which humans can get), allergies or autoimmune conditions. Secondary infections with yeast or bacteria are also commonly found. She needs to wear an elizabethan collar to protect the areas from rubbing or scratching. The veterinarian may preform a few easy diagnostics and will likely recommend appropriate medication. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.

Oh that rash on Aery looks very uncomfortable. It could be due to allergies or she could have a skin infection caused by bacteria or yeast. Yes, she definitely needs to see a vet for this problem especially since it's been ongoing for a while. Without knowing what is causing it, there's no way to say what can be used to treat it, and both these things can only be done by a vet. I would make an appointment for her for the next couple of days. Good luck, I hope this helps!
