What to do if my 2-week-old kitten is breathing fast and not eating?

Hello my cat Lea having fast breathing (over 30 per min) and she is exhausted not eating nothing spent all day laying down she is 2 weeks old

Lea is quite young and it's very serious she is not eating. She cannot survive long without eating. Her symptoms tell me she is very sick and if she doesn't get veterinary attention now, she could die. Please take her into a vet immediately.
