Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 10 years and 1 month old
My dog has had a swollen lymph node for 3 weeks now. A FNA showed spindle cells. He was booked in for a bisopy after two courses of antibiotics and metacam but then they refused to do it for his safety as it appeared smaller. However it's much bigger again and hes on antibiotics and metacam. Hes very sleepy and clingy which he normally acts like a puppy. What should we do?

I would recommend doing the biopsy of the lymph node and any other areas that appear abnormal. Spindle cells are very abnormal to be see in a lymph node. The size of the lymph node can go up and down occasionally, but since it is larger now this is a significant change.
