I would recommend taking Mushy to the vet for evaluation. Kittens don't typically start eating solid food until 6 weeks, 5 weeks at the earliest. Then they should be eating a balanced kitten food. Canned tuna doesn't have all of the nutrients her body needs to grow properly. Vomiting and diarrhea in a kitten can be very serious and they can get dehydrated very quickly. Common causes include dietary intolerance, obstruction, viral or bacterial infection, intestinal parasites, etc.

The tuna could have caused an upset stomach. If this is the case, it shouldn’t last longer than 24 hours. If she isn’t back to normal tomorrow morning, it is a good idea to have Honey checked out by the vet for other causes of illness.
