Why are my baby parrots aggressive, losing weight, and not eating?

I have two baby(3months)Alexandrine parrots one male and one female .They both have become very aggressive,they eat less and significant weighloss also they shed lot of feathers . How can i make them eat and ensure their holistic development? Pet's info: Bird | Parrot | Male | unneutered
