My dog was bitten and can't move his leg. What should I do now?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 18 lbs

My dog was bitten by a pit bull in his rear leg area and is not moving his rear left leg and has a visible puncture wound, I put triple antibiotic on his wounds what else can I do to help him

Appropriate wound care, pain relief medication and systemic antibiotic must be provided for this type of wound. The wound must be flushed and disinfected and possibly stitched up if required. I would strongly recommend an immediate check up at your local veterinarian.
