My male cat wants to mate. Should I let him breed before neutering?

Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Angora | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 2 days old

my male cat (8 months) keeps running away when he sees female stray cats because he wants to mate, so to avoid this problem i want to neuter him, but i want him to mate once before i do so, can i take him to my friend's cat so he can mate with her? my old cat was 7 months old when mated for the first time and he was okay!! can i get ur advice on this please and thank you

Unless you are positive you can help your friend find a proper home for every single kitten, I wouldn't recommend mating him. There is a great over population of pets in our world, and un-purposeful breeding shouldn't be allowed. I would recommend getting Milo neutered for his own health. I promise, he won't think he is missing out on something in life!
