My 3-month puppy cries in crate, wants bed, bites. How to train?

My 3 months puppy crys to get put the crate then she goes ontop of the bed and she sleeps their and iwhen i try to move her back to the crate she wants to bite i hear the madness in her. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 14 lbs
