My cat's neuter incision is swollen after 10 days. What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Angora | Male | neutered | 10 months and 20 days old | 8.818 lbs

I got my cat neutered 10 days ago I SWEAR I checked his incision everyday an hour ago i took off his ecollar and he was playing too much so i grabbed him and started checking... Im so shocked I can’t even breathe properly what should i do please help me I can’t live without him I contacted the vet who did the surgery but it’s too early he didn’t reply so please help me please tellme what should i do and what will happen is it that dangerous? Im so scared i will not forgive me ifsomething happens

It's ok! There is some swelling but I don't see any sign of infection, bleeding, or break down of the incision. Put the Ecollar back on Cake, rest him as much as possible. and have him seen by a vet in the morning.
