My dog's creatinine is high. Should I continue his liver supplement?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 4 years and 3 months old

I am giving him this CANITONE LS as shown in attach photo and I am also attaching his liver and kidney biochemistry blood work where his creatinine was not came in range may be he has some kidney disorder so can this ingredients of CANITONE LS can if given twice a day can cause this rise in creatinine level? Also should I continue giving him this canitone LS or I should stop now ?? What do you suggest I thought to give this as supplement to support his liver

This supplement shouldn't increase Danny's creatinine level. His creatinine level is 0.05 points above normal, and in my opinion it is not significant with a normal BUN. A urine specific gravity would help to determine if it is significant, as well as rechecking this value in one week to see if it is going up. I wouldn't not start kidney supplements until we know it is an issue. Increasing water consumption is the first line in preventing kidney disease.
