Does leptospirosis vaccine included in 9 in 1 shot? Also what is the best supplement or diet through which kidneys can be in good condition without any damage ? How to maintain creatinine level in normal range ? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 8 years and 7 months old

It depends on what is listed on the label of the vaccine. Please check it to be sure it lists leptospirosis. To answer your second question we have to know what the supplement is for in order to know if it is safe for the kidneys. Are we treating the kidneys? Are we treating for arthritis? Some supplements are filtered by the kidneys while others aren't. Also most medications are safe for most pets as long as there isn't already a kidney malfunction already there. Just because it is filtered by the kidneys does not mean it will automatically cause problems with the kidneys.
