My dog is skinny, vomiting, and eating poop. What should I do?

My girlfriends dog Mojo has gotten super skinny, to the point where his rib cage shows, and is throwing up almost everything he eats. Now he’s starting to lick the poop of other dogs and trying to eat it. They think he ate clothes but they’re not sure what the cause could be of him throwing all of his food up. He looks like a walking skeleton at this point. It scared me when I saw him because only a week earlier he looked heathy. Pet's info: Dog | Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 28 days old | 15 lbs
