My dog has a persistent dry white spot near her genitals. What to do?

My dog has a small white spot near her genitals. There used to be two small pimples, now its one dry one but it still doesn’t go away.

That could be something like a blocked pore. Check the lesion daily. If it is still not healed in 1 month or if it starts looking worse at any point, have Koala examined by the veterinarian. Skin cancer would be uncommon in a pup her age but it is possible. Also make sure that she is not licking or otherwise irritating the area. A warm compress applied twice a day for 5 minutes may help. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry as well. I hope this helps.
