My cat has scabs on nose & chin, sneezing. Contagious or serious?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old

What is wrong with his nose he's an 8ndoor cat a year old he also has scabbing on his jaw and chin is there anything I can do here at home for it what is it and is it contagious? He doesn't seem to be in pain he has been sneezing alot it showed up shortly after this stray cat had been brought into the house by my roommates son IDK if maybe he caught a fungus from the stray ?please help I have no income but I can't lose him I just lost my best friend Lucifer a few months ago

I'm sorry that Batsy is having this problem. He could have one of many number of skin diseases. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell exactly what it is just by looking at it. It needs to be tested. Some possibilities: * Skin Mites (aka; mange) * Fungus (like ringworm) * Nasal solar dermatitis * Immune-system disorders * Connective-tissue disorders * Zinc-responsive scaling and crusting of skin * Sensitivity to certain substances, including certain drugs * Cancer (squamous cell carcinoma, SCC) * Trauma I think this looks very suspicious for skin cancer (SCC) so it is my recommendation that you find way to get him to a vet.
