Poor kitty. It looks like it is most likely swollen and inflammed. This can be caused by some kind of trauma to the nose or even a mass growing underneath the skin. I would highly recommend getting Luna to your vet to get this area looked at in person. The vet will also feel the area to check for swelling, pain, or fluid under the skin, then go from there. I do hope that this resolves soon! Best of luck with Luna moving forward. Take care. : )
