My spayed cat won't drink water with her cone on. What should I do?

Hello, I just got my female cat, spayed. We have her wearing a cone. But she refuses to drink anything. She has been eating a little bit of wet food and that's all. But if we take the cone off, she won't go to her food and water, she's starts attempting to lick at the incision site. I'm not sure what to do. Her nose is warm and dry, and she is just sleeping. Pet's info: Cat | European Shorthair | Female | spayed | 10 months and 15 days old | 7 lbs
