My pug pees drops. Is it bladder stones, a tumor, or other issues?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | 28.66 lbs

Sir my pug (6year male) have urination problem since 1 month he urinate drop by drop...after digital x ray dr vikas(surgeon) who perform x ray says that it is stone in the urethra and urinary bladder but doesn't tell us about tumour bt govt surgeon says that tumour is also there....bt Ultrasound has been done 3 times at 3 different places no one told tumour ...what's your opinion

From the x rays only the urinary stones (Calculi) are visible. I cannot see any evidence of a tumor. Stones should be dislodged if possible with a retrograde flush and then removed when they are inside the urinary bladder.
