My dog has joint pain & arthritis. What natural holistic help?

My dog is starting to have difficulty with stairs/,jumping onto bed , occassionally trips while we're walking and has serious snoring problems as well. He seems to be exhibiting symptoms of allergies which is something we both have seasonally and think he is now suffering fr arthritis. Do you know of any natural things that I can do to help him? I myself only do holistic medicine. Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 10 years and 11 months old
