My Groomer said my dog has a hotspot. She gave him a good bath and the next day it had spreaded all over half of his face, down his neck and its at his chest. Does this look like a hotspot? Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 28 days old | 55 lbs
