My 2-month-old cockatiel is sneezing with a clogged nose and runny urate.

I have a cockatiel, and it's been sneezing a lot, also its nose seems to be clogged, i tried to clean it with warm water and a q-tip but it didnt work. Its urate is also very runny. This cockatiel is about 2 month old. Pet's info: Bird | Cockatiel | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 14 days old
