That's a good question. There really aren't any similar "kidney support" supplements that are analogous to the general liver support supplements such as milk thistle. If we have kidney disease present, then there are changes we can make to diet, and fluid supplementation is the most important way to support kidneys. But there's no good preventative supplement. Probably the closest thing would be omega fatty acids such as those in fish oil, which provide general anti-inflammatory benefits for the body.
