There are no pain relievers you can give Little Bit. As I said in your previous post, many human ones are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. You can try soaking her toe in an Epsom salt bath to see if that helps, but she really should see a vet for her pain.

Ouch! That toe is *severely* swollen and needs vet care as soon as possible. It's very likely that she has a nail bed infection and may require antibiotics. Another possibility could be a cancerous process within that toe. Either way, she needs a vet to take a look at it. In the meantime, you can try soaking that foot in an Epsom salt bath for 5-10 minutes twice daily. Either immerse that foot in a bucket, or have her stand in the tub with a few inches of Epsom salt water. Only do this if Bella will tolerate it without causing excessive stress or pain. If she struggles, don't push it - it's not worth injuring her further. Do *not* give her anything for pain, as there aren't any human pain meds that are both safe and effective, and anything you give may interfere with a more effective medication that your vet may want to prescribe. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Broken toe nails can be very painful. Unfortunately there are no pain relievers you can give her, as many human ones are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. I'd have Little Bit seen by a vet now to get this treated.

Poor Lily, I would recommend taking her to the vet to have that nail trimmed. Typically we try and trim the nail back to prevent it from being caught on anything. Also, some dogs do need antibiotics or pain medications when this happens. hope that helps. and hope that lily feels better
