It sounds like Bubba has a bad eye infection and may also have an upper respiratory disease causing the sneezing. This does have to be treated by a vet, as leaving any eye problem untreated can lead to vision loss. This cannot be treated at home. Please find the closest vet to you and take him into one now.

They have a viral upper respiratory infection. I recommend gently wiping around their eyes and nose with a warm wet cloth to remove the eye and nose drainage If the discharge from the nose and eyes is yellow or green then they have a secondly bacterial infection and will recover more quickly if they get antibiotics from your veterinarian. Also should the cornea on the eyes turn white or not look clear please take them in right away for an exam as that could be a sign of a corneal ulcer which is a serious medical problem. They may take a week or more to get better and resting will help them heal. To encourage eating and drinking I like to feed wet food that has been warmed in the microwave for five to ten seconds. That will make if smell more. Cats tend not to eat as well when they can't smell the food. This is a classic presentation of a cat with an upper respiratory disease. They usually do have a fever early in the infection and will feel bad. They also tend to avoid eating and drinking, because the congestion in the nose does not allow them to breathe properly. You can help the congestion by giving him a steam bath. There is a link below that has good information about how to do this and other helpful tips for this condition. http://www.wikihow.com/Help-Your-Cat-Breathe-Easier It's best if you can get Oreo and Ollie to a vet within the next day or two. These infections need prescription treatment or they can become much worse without treatment - I've see kittens get severely damaged eyes with these infections. I hope this helps and Oreo and Ollie get better soon.

She has a viral upper respiratory infection. As long as she's eating this will run its course in a week or so. If she stops eating and gets a green nasal discharge she would need antibiotics for a secondary bacterial infection. Continue with the eye medication but the eye may not fully heal until she gets over this cold. This is a common cat problem and with time she should be fine.
